Welcome to my space on the internet.
I'm a PhD Student in Information Science with a background in British Studies. I work as a research associate at the Chair of Information Science, at the University of Regensburg and hold a doctoral scholarship from the German Academic Scholarship Foundation. I love learning new things, reading and spending time in nature.
My PhD research focuses on conversational agents for behaviour change. Currently I'm mainly interested in potentials and risks of Natural Language Generation using Generative Pretrained Transformer models. I like to take an interdisciplinary approach to my research and care about ethical implications of technological processes. As part of my studies, I was a visiting researcher at CiTIUS in Santiago de Compostela, Spain in Fall 2022.
I wrote my master's thesis in Information Science on the quality of weight loss information on the German web in November 2019. During my bachelor's I studied British Studies as my major and Information Science as a minor. Take a look at my CV to find out more.
